Face Frame - Vintage Cabinets

• Consists of a face frame constructed cabinet with a natural maple wood-grained vinyl-laminated interior. The vinyl is treated with a scuff and mar resistant top coat.
• Vintage cabinet sides are 5/8" thick 48 lb. medium density fiberboard (M.D.F.) with a matching wood veneer on exposed ends. Cabinets receiving maple door styles with a solid color will have finish applied to M.D.F. ends.
• All backs, tops and bottoms are 1/2" thick 45 lb. composition board substrate with a maple wood-grained vinyl laminate.
• Wall and base shelves are 3/4" thick and fully adjustable.
• Base shelves are 15-1/2" deep.
• Dovetail Drawers have 5/8" thick solid maple sides. Drawer bottom is 1/4" maple/birch plywood, fully captured on all four sides.
• Drawers slide on Tandem Blumotion Full Extension Concealed Undermount drawer slides with a 100 lb. static / 75 lb. dynamic load capacity.
• All cabinets receive a superior finish which consist of a series of tough catalyzed sealer and top-coat applications, oven-cured, for the ultimate in durability and appearance.
• Face frames are 3/4" X 1-1/2" solid wood, assembled with two dowels.
• Vintage cabinets that have open interior(s) or framed door(s) are available with wood veneered interiors.
• NOTE: Do not order cabinets with the optional WoodBridge (plywood core) series to be installed between Vintage cabinetry. The bottoms of Vintage cabinet cases have a different appearance than WoodBridge cabinet cases.
  

FaceFrame - WoodBridge Plywood Cabinets

• Consists of a face frame constructed all wood cabinet with a natural maple/birch interior.
• WoodBridge cabinet sides are 5/8" thick 7 ply plywood with a matching wood veneer on exposed ends.
• All backs, tops and bottoms are 1/2" thick 5 ply plywood. Wall and base shelves are 3/4" thick 7 ply plywood and fully adjustable.
• Base shelves are 15-1/2" deep.
• Dovetail Drawers have 5/8" thick solid maple sides. Drawer bottom is 1/4" maple/birch plywood, fully captured on all four sides.
• Drawers slide on Tandem Blumotion Full Extension Concealed Undermount drawer slides with a 100 lb. static / 75 lb. dynamic load capacity.

PRIZMA Lace and PRIZMA NaturaLam Melamine Cabinets

• End panels, tops and bottoms are 3/4” high density, engineered furniture board.
• Adjustable shelves are 3/4” high density, engineered furniture board.
• Blum 120 degree, six-way adjustable, clip-on hinges.
• Color coordinated PVC or veneer edge banding on all exposed edges and the top edge of base end panels.
• Exposed bottom panel on wall cabinet is finished to match the exterior.
• Wall cabinet depth is 13”, which allows for more interior storage space.
• Backs are fully captured 1/4” MDF with a 3/4” hanging rail for cabinet installation.
• The standard drawer box has 5/8” solid Maple dovetailed sides, a fully captured 1/4” Maple Veneer/MDF Core bottom (optional 1/2” bottom available) and Blum Tandem Full Extension Slides with Blumotion soft close feature; the Blum Tandembox with Blumotion is optional.
• Reveals are 1/16” around the perimeter of doors and drawer fronts and 1/8” between doors and drawer fronts on the same cabinet.
• Catalog finishes, interchangeable finishes and custom finishes are available.

• Adjustable shelves are 3/4” veneer core plywood.
